What temperature range can the system reach?
The XY-Pro chiller runs from 3°C to 42°C with ±1°C precision, true cold plunge, warm soak, or a full contrast cycle, all from the one unit.
Do I need the chiller, or does a tub work on its own?
Both tubs hold water at ambient temperature by themselves. Pairing either one with the XY-Pro chiller is what gives you precise, held temperature control for cold plunge or contrast therapy.
How long does setup take?
The SY-CQ01 inflatable tub inflates and fills in about 10 minutes with no tools. The WG-018C cedar tub is a fixed installation. The chiller connects to either via a quick-connect hose, no plumber required.
What's covered under warranty?
Every Arka Edge system is covered by a 12-month full replacement warranty, with local Australian support and spare parts held locally, no waiting on overseas shipping for parts.
